Type/Characteristics:

Agglomerated fluoride-basic type flux for welding general structural steels pressure vessels, pipe steels, as well as fine grain structural steels. Owing to the manganese pick-up caused by AMA-OP120TT, low manganese wire electrodes will find an extended field of application. AMA-OP120TT is outstanding for tandem, multi-wire and twin-wire welding. It delivers a weld metal featuring excellent toughness properties and crack resistance.
AMA-OP120TT can be used on either DC (positive) or AC up to approximately 1000A.

Damp flux shall be redried by baking at 300°C-350°C
Grain size according to DIN 32 522:2-20
