In 1996, the idea of establishing an R&D unit and a quality control unit with the aim of possibly continuing cooperation with the Swiss company Oerlikon in the future, which we were not licensed to do in those years, was presented by Mr. Akbar Alizadeh Rad. For this purpose, the equipment required for chemistry and mechanical properties laboratories was purchased, as well as the use of experts with the aim of examining and improving the technical knowledge of manufacturing welding products. During these years, numerous studies and research were conducted on various welding products until we could design them on a knowledge basis and in 2005 we could use the cooperation in 2005.
The set of activities of the Research and Development Unit includes the following 5 main sections:
