Welding electrode for fine-grained structural steels

AMA 1398N

AWS/ASME SFA-5.5: E 7018–G–H4
DIN 8529 : E SY 42 761 Ni B H5
EN 499 : E 46 61 Ni B 42 H5

Application/properties:

Electrode for producing crack-free and tough welded joints. Weld metal is extremely metallurgical purity having very low hydrogen content. The electrode has a stable and concentrated arc, thus being well-suited or positional welding. Welds are of X-ray quality. CTOD-tested for offshore application.
