Application\/properties:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nickel-based electrode with a special formulation is used for repair welding, especially for cracked parts. This electrode is also used for joining ferrous and non-ferrous alloys to each other, as well as for dissimilar joints of low-alloy steels and stainless steels to join various nickel-based alloys and copper alloys. Due to the unique ductility properties of this alloy, the risk of damage caused by residual stresses and distortion during welding will be minimized. Due to its resistance to the growth of weld fatigue cracks, this electrode is used in welding parts that are under continuous cyclic stresses or under thermal cyclic stresses. Other properties of this alloy include: very high resistance of the weld metal to cold hydrogen cracking, low coefficient of thermal expansion which leads to reduced residual stresses during welding, high solubility for a wide range of alloying elements, high resistance to embrittlement of the weld metal structure in thermal shocks, high serviceability at high temperatures and corrosive environments, insensitivity of the weld metal to preheating and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), so it is used if there is a need for limiting preheating operations and especially post-weld heat treatment in the desired equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
