Special welding electrode for stainless and heat-resistant steels

AMA 1460JA

AWS/ASME SFA – 5.4: E 308 L–16
Comparable No. of material 1.4316
DIN 8556 : E 19 9 R 26
prEN 1600: E 19 9L R 12

Application/properties:

Electrode for welding of austenitic stainless Cr-Ni-Steels having an extra low carbon content, as well as for temperatures up to +350°C; non-scaling up to +800°C. Fine-droplet metal transfer, good wash-in of joint sides, finely-rippled bead surface, easily removable slag. Easy arc striking and restriking.
